How can I tell if a storm damaged my roof?
A lot of hail and wind damage is hard to see from the ground. Look for dark spots or dents on shingles, granules piling up in gutters or at downspouts, missing, creased or lifted shingles, dents in vents or flashing, and new water stains on a ceiling or in the attic. If you see any of these, give us a call.
Do I have to file an insurance claim?
No. Filing a claim is your call. We do a full inspection and walk you through what we found before you decide anything, and if the damage isn't there, we'll say so. You shouldn't file a claim that won't be approved.
Will you deal with my insurance company?
Yes. We work directly with your insurance company, and with your mortgage company if they're on the check, so you aren't stuck in the middle.
